they did offer free coffee.
The room had zero soundproofing. I heard everything. my room wasn't in the main building and i had to carry my luggage up stairs. it was very inconvenient.

The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and restaurants but on a quiet road. I found this very convenient. my room was beautifully decorated and very clean. the size of my studio was great and i really enjoyed the tasty breakfast! the staff was friendly and helpful.
the walls were thin! you could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms, but i used earplugs and that helped.

The breakfast was pretty good. It included croissants, cheeses, and eggs, with a good variety of options, and the coffee machine made good cappuccinos. I liked that.

The hotel provides free filtered water on tap. That was useful for refilling my water bottle. there is also a mini bar and store at the reception selling snacks and drinks, very convenient.

The hotel is in a very good area on a quiet street. I felt safe walking around at night. it is very easy to reach the city center via public transport, with several bus and tram stops nearby.

the room size was comfortable for my stay. i liked the location because it was very good (convenient for accessing different parts of the city). the hotel provided an iron in the room, useful. the staff members were nice and helpful when i needed assistance.
during my stay, i found a dark hair in my shower. i am brunette, so it was not mine. they also gave me a stained towel. the reception offered an apology, but no other compensation.

limescale builduphard mattress
the price felt excessive for what i received. limescale buildup in the shower suggested inadequate cleaning. the mattress felt too firm and uncomfortable.

Excellent Stay with Fantastic Location

I appreciated the central location near the metro. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and assisted with directions. The availability of complimentary coffee all day was wonderful. The room had facilities that allowed for a very comfortable stay.
I noticed the air conditioner leaked one night. That caused some dripping noises.

The hotel provided excellent free coffee at the reception all day long. Breakfast options were also good, and they offered a real omelet on Sundays with fresh eggs, I hope.

The hotel offers studios and apartments suitable for solo travelers, which I find amazing. The location is perfect for accessing the center and most museums by foot. Public transport is also nearby and convenient for other travel.

Some Issues During the Stay
cold showerhalf-filled soaps
The room felt quite cramped. It barely reminded me of a hotel room. It was more like a pod. The hot water stopped working on my last day, resulting in a cold shower. Some of the soaps were only half-filled. Honestly, for the price, the experience felt more like a new budget hotel. There were not many luxuries inside.
